“Movement as Medicine. Connection as Art.”

I hold space for movement beyond form—where breath leads, sensation unfolds, and self-inquiry becomes the North Star.

Rooted in Vinyasa, somatics, and dance, my approach is fluid, breath-guided, and ever-evolving. The body is not just something we move—it is a landscape of expression, connection, and presence. Through intelligent sequencing, creative exploration, and deep listening, movement becomes a conversation with the self.

My path has been shaped by Yoga, Dance, and Pilates, inspired by Vipassana and Satori, and influenced by fluidUs with Carlos Tao. I also draw inspiration from nonviolent communication and authentic relating. Having led spaces at Radiantly Alive, studios in Berlin, and beyond, the practice continues to unfold—always evolving, always in motion.
