Somatic Workout

A Somatic Workout is a mindful, body-centered practice—a wonderful way to start your day or week with presence and energy. It blends gentle structure, expressive movement, and grounding resourcing, helping you awaken strength, resilience, and inner awareness.

  • Theming / Body Intelligence

    Each session begins by bringing awareness to a body part or related concept, inviting its intelligence to guide your movement. You might reflect on how it feels, what it needs, or even the metaphors it suggests—creating a rich inner dialogue that informs every motion.

  • Structure / Repetition

    Intentional, repeated movement patterns—drawing on simple bodyweight exercises and Pilates concepts—help you build strength, resilience, and internal awareness. These structured flows provide a supportive framework, allowing you to explore safely and fully.

  • Spill-Out / Freedom

    After structure comes expression—free, intuitive movement that lets your energy and emotions flow without restriction. This is your space to move naturally, creatively, and authentically.

  • Resourcing / Tenderness

    Following every high-energy Spill-Out, we return to gentle grounding, tender awareness, and mindful resourcing. This helps integrate your experience, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s sense of safety and ease.
