Mini Retreats
Our monthly Mini Retreat is a guided three-hour pause to move, breathe, and reconnect—blending embodied practice, meditation, and relational exploration to help you slow down, reset, and return to what matters.

Theming
Each session unfolds around a guiding theme drawn from lived experience—such as rest, boundaries, belonging, compassion, or change. The theme offers a gentle thread through the afternoon, inviting personal exploration rather than providing fixed answers.

Movement Practice
We begin in the body through a blend of somatic practices, yoga, and Pilates-inspired movement. Rather than a typical fitness class, the focus is on sensing, releasing tension, and rediscovering natural strength and mobility—moving in ways that support awareness, ease, and vitality.

Meditation & Reflection
From movement, we shift toward stillness and inner listening. Through meditation, guided reflection, journaling, or visualization, we create space to meet our present experience with curiosity and kindness, allowing insight and clarity to arise naturally.

Relational Practices
We explore ways of being present with one another through gentle relational exercises inspired by authentic relating, mindful communication, and deep listening. Everything is invitational, offering space to practice connection, honesty, and shared humanity in a supportive atmosphere.
