Yoga Beyond Asana

Yoga Beyond Asana invites you to explore yoga as a complete mind-body-spirit practice. Through thoughtful teachings, gentle movement, reflection, and community sharing, this course helps you cultivate balance, awareness, and deeper wellbeing—beyond just the physical poses.

  • Introduction of Topic

    Each session begins with an accessible introduction to a yogic concept—such as the Yoga Sutras, Chakras, or wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita. These teachings provide a thoughtful foundation to deepen your understanding and enrich your practice.

  • Asana Practice

    A gentle, guided movement practice follows, designed to embody the theme of the session. These accessible asanas help connect body and mind, supporting your physical wellbeing and presence.

  • Journaling

    After movement, you’ll be invited to reflect through guided journaling. This quiet time encourages personal insight, helping you integrate the teachings and your experiences on a deeper level.

  • Sharing & Meditation

    We close each session with an open sharing circle and meditation. This space fosters connection, encourages questions, and cultivates community support for your yoga journey.

Quick Infos

This is a build-up course, so it’s recommended to join from the beginning for the full experience.

But don’t worry if you drop in—you’ll still feel welcome and part of the group.
