Set just outside Berlin, surrounded by Brandenburg’s late-summer stillness, this retreat offers space to pause. It’s an invitation to step away from noise, screens, and roles—and drop gently into yourself.
A space where the noise of daily life can fall away, where your nervous system can rest, and where you can start to hear the truer, quieter parts of yourself again. Days of guided, intentional silence—supported by yoga, meditation, and breath. Preparing you to reenter life differently: slower, more whole, more yourself.
